Chrome 48.0.2564.97 64bit, OSX El Capitan 10.11.3
When triple-clicking on the command line text and then copying, the text of the button ("Ok, got it") is included. When pasting into a terminal, that text produces an error.

This is a pretty minor bug but adds persistent friction to using the interface.
