Description

I reset my account after trying on my work laptop (#2014) and this morning I tried on my home windows 7 machine.

Post reset, I logged in fine (using my passphrase in Keybase CMD) and got a paper key. Then I tried a `keybase pgp gen` (I had installed gpg4win prior to installing keybase).
it seemed to work but ended with the error.
`- ERROR exec: "gpg": executable file not found in %!!(MISSING)P(MISSING)ATH%!!(MISSING)(NOVERB)`

next I tried `gpg` in the same Keybase CMD window and it launched.
However it looks like keybase.io was updated with my key because I was then able to prove two services and track people from the command line. So I'm not sure what the error above was trying to accomplish.

If I'm understanding it correctly my new pub/private key should be on my laptop. where is it stored so I can try to load it in GPG4win.

Research direction

Start by reproducing `keybase pgp gen` in Keybase CMD on Windows 7, then compare it with running `gpg` in the same window. The issue is resolved when the reported executable-not-found error is explained and the generated key’s storage location and intended handling with GPG4win are documented.
