Can't change e-mail addresses

When using a keybase hosted key there appears to be no facility to add/delete/change email addresses associated with the key unless you reset your account (thereby killing all your proofs) and start over.

gpg lets you do this out of the box, there's no reason keybase shouldn't...

The issue does not identify any files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the account and hosted-key flows in the keybase client, then determine how email addresses and proofs are stored and updated. Done should allow addresses to be added, changed, or deleted without resetting the account or losing existing proofs.
