"Your proof has failed for over a day, and Keybase has stopped checking it. How should we proceed?"

13 hours is not a day, you should either check for a day, which I'd say is 24 hours, or change the message to represent the real time frame.

Start by locating the quoted error message in the Keybase website and checking how its time threshold is represented. Done means the message accurately matches the checking period, including the reported 13-hour case.
