Site/Account Creation Suggestions

1. It was not obvious how to return to my account page after visiting another users account page. I did then notice the little circle with my account image in it located in the upper right, but at first it was not intuitive. --Perhaps making those upper right icons slight larger would help as they are the main functions of the site for users that are already signed in.
2. Setting the image for my account, my image from twitter showed up in the initial settings popup so I figured I could just click "Done" and it would be updated automatically. Either an entire page refresh needed to be performed or trying to set the picture again and this time trying the "rescrap" button, which then kicked off a page refresh did the trick to actually display my account picture.
