'No such key: key_fingerprint' after tracking someone

After tracking someone with `keybase track someusername`, verifying their proofs, confirming that I really want to track them and accepting to publicly write a tracking statement to the server, I tried doing `keybase list-tracking`. It lists `someusername` as one of the users I track, but it also gives me the following message:

I'm using the Go client, keybase version 1.0.3-0.

Reproduce the report with `keybase track someusername`, proof verification, and `keybase list-tracking` using the Go client version described. Trace the tracking record returned for the user and the handling of `key_fingerprint`; done means `keybase list-tracking` lists the tracked user without the warning.
