need to resend invite email

A friend to whom I sent an invite deleted his keybase account and needs his original invite to start over.

Keybase won't let me send a second invite to an already invited friend - and that's fine, but then I need to be able to resend the original invite. Also Keybase is remembering his original id in my list of invitees (which is now defunct and needs to go away).

Start by tracing how invitees and invitation emails are stored and managed in the Keybase client or service; the issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Done means a sender can resend an original invite after the recipient deletes their account, and the defunct invitee no longer remains in the invitee list.
