Make keybase.io accessible over Hyperboria

Hello folks,

Hyperboria is an experimental encrypted (at the network level) mesh-network, powered by the [cjdns](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cjdns) routing software. Each host is assigned an IPv6 address in the fc00::/8 range, which corresponds to public/private keypair.

To join the network, users exchange peering credentials with each other. Often, this happens over PGP encrypted e-mail. It'd be wonderful if Keybase.io (the website) was accessible over the network. The convention is to use an AAAA record pointed at the cjdns IPv6 address, at h.domain.tld

There are a few public peers available, but in the interest of stability, it's best to peer with pre-arranged nodes. I (and other members of the community) would be happy to do this.
