Description
When you click the link to create a gist, it will create an anonymous gist if you're not logged in. Most github users who have used gists in the past will figure this out after a minute. However, I think it would be a better user experience if keybase ensured that you were logged in or otherwise made it much clearer that they should make sure they're not posting an anonymous gist.
Although it doesn't work, something like:

No repository file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. Start by locating the link or workflow that creates a gist and verify the logged-out behavior; done means logged-out users are directed through GitHub login or clearly warned before creating an anonymous gist.
