Description
I know this may sound a little weird, but would not it be possible to enforce matching usernames to things maybe like twitter or github account?
Example: I am "coredump" in GH, twitter, facebook, but in keybase "coredump" is someone that goes by something totally different on all the services, forcing me to use something else.

Research direction
The issue mentions matching Keybase usernames with accounts on GitHub, Twitter, and Facebook, but names no files, tests, or entry point. First clarify the desired matching rules and whether this should be treated as a product decision; done would require an agreed scope and implementation plan.
