Description
Running on Mac OS 10.10.5 I installed the command line interface. Then I immediately tried "keyless version" as this was the first command listed on https://keybase.io/docs/command_line
(Of course) this gave rise to a
warn: No config file found; tried '/Users/Roger/.config/keybase/config.json'
message.
I think:
1) the documentation might mention this (but where?)
2) there could be a helpful hint that it would be a good idea to login in first - now, the "getting started" on my (everyone's) home page does say this, but I was looking at the other page. I'm not sure I'm abnormal in doing this.

Research direction
Start with the command-line documentation page linked in the issue. Document that the initial version check may warn about a missing config file and clarify whether users should log in first; done means the page sets these expectations for new CLI users.
