Description

I'm getting an error that seems to be related to #1653 - my secret keyring has several expired keys, but the one I use with Keybase is only set to expire in 2017.

On a fresh Fedora 22 system, with Node 0.12.7 installed using NVM, and Keybase 0.8.10 installed using keybase-installer just today, I get the following:

```
$ keybase list-tracking
error: expired sibkey: ...
```

(redacted the sibkey, not sure if it's sensitive information or not). My keybase ID is michel_slm

Research direction

Start by reproducing `keybase list-tracking` on the reported Fedora 22, Node 0.12.7, and Keybase 0.8.10 setup, then compare the expired-sibkey behavior with related issue #1653. Trace how the client validates the tracked identity's sibkey; done means the command no longer rejects a valid, non-expired key while still reporting genuinely expired keys.
