Description

I am trying to decrypt messages via the command line on OSX 10, but I get the following errors:

```
warn: gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
warn: [GNUPG:] NODATA 1
warn: [GNUPG:] NODATA 2
warn: gpg: decrypt_message failed: Unknown system error
```

Keybase info:

keybase (keybase.io CLI) v0.7.8
- node.js v0.12.2
- gpg (GnuPG/MacGPG2) 2.0.27
- libgcrypt 1.6.3
Identifies as: 'keybase.io node.js client v0.7.8 darwin'

I've tried decrypting my own messages, and messages received from others, but getting the same errors.

Research direction

Start by reproducing command-line decryption on OSX with the listed Keybase, Node.js, and GnuPG versions, then inspect how the CLI handles GnuPG output. Done means decrypting both own and received messages without the reported NODATA and unknown system error messages.
