Coinbase Verification 404

When I attempt Coinbase verification on either Android 5.0.2 or Windows 7 I am given a verification to post but when I click the "coinbase.com popup" link it goes to a 404 error on Coinbase's site at the URL https://www.coinbase.com/dilsha21/public-key. I am logged into Coinbase and Keybase and have tried clearing cookies and cache and retrying.

Reproduce the Coinbase verification flow on the reported Android 5.0.2 or Windows 7 environments and inspect the generated public-key link. The work is done when the Coinbase URL no longer returns 404 and verification completes successfully.
