Description
I'm running Linux Mint 17.1 Cinnamon.
I'm playing around with Keybase, encrypting and decrypting messages with my key pair. The first decrypt displayed the message
'You need a passphrase to unlock the secret key for
user: "keybase.io/princetyke princetyke@keybase.io"
2048-bit RSA key, ID CF8D9F49356CFBC2, created 2015-04-02
(subkey on main key ID FFE1B8A57A310F99)'
and popped up a window so I could put in my passphrase. All is good. But every subsequent decrypt just yields the message and doesn't allow me to put in a passphrase anywhere.

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are identified in the report. Reproduce the first and subsequent decrypt attempts on Linux Mint 17.1, then trace the passphrase-prompt behavior and define the expected result for repeated decrypts.
