Description

Just a small reminder that contrast on the "actions" tooltip (when logged in), displaying labels such as "Sign", "Verify" and the Submit button on the Account Creation form is pretty low.

I spent some 2-3 minutes trying to figure out why my 12+ chars password wasn't being accepted.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the logged-in “actions” tooltip and the Account Creation form shown in the issue, focusing on the “Sign,” “Verify,” and “Submit” labels. Compare their contrast and readability against the reported screenshot; done means these controls are clearly readable and the password validation state is not overlooked.
