Description
The keybase web-server silently drops a bio update that is only non ASCII characters.
Steps to reproduce
1) log into your keybase home page, e.g. https://keybase.io/wiesmann
2) Click on the "pencil" icon beside the bio
3) Put the text πππππππ π±ππππππππ (\ud835\udd80\ud835\udd93\ud835\udd8e\ud835\udd88\ud835\udd94\ud835\udd89\ud835\udd8a \ud835\udd71\ud835\udd8a\ud835\udd99\ud835\udd8e\ud835\udd98\ud835\udd8d\ud835\udd8e\ud835\udd98\ud835\udd99) into the box
4) Click save
Expected result
To have the text πππππππ π±ππππππππ as my bio
Actual result
Empty bio, no error message explaining what the logic/policy is.
