Description
So it's great that you can chose to do things with CLI keybase, or Bash/gpg/cURL rather than trusting your privkey to localstorage, but it's somewhat tedious if you want to start tracking a bunch of people.
Shouldn't be too hard to queue up a bunch of actions then get the json requests consolidated into one gpg, curl request.
This would vastly improve the UX for the more paranoid.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the CLI flow that emits JSON requests for individual actions, then determine how multiple actions could be collected and represented as one gpg or cURL request; done means a user can queue several tracking actions before receiving consolidated command-line code.
