Description
The signup process should include a clearer option to install the CLI tools and do a keybase join before continuing with signup in the browser. It's easy to miss the short statement "If you're using the command line version (instructions here) and want to paste the code in [...]" in the invitation email.

Research direction
Start by locating the browser signup flow and invitation-email copy, then trace where the CLI installation and keybase join instructions are presented. Done means users are given an explicit CLI option before continuing signup and the existing code-pasting path remains understandable.
