Description
Here's a signed message I sent with the certificate that was attached:

PGP's biggest problem is overcoming the network effect, something that Keybase is probably designed to overcome from the outset. As such, one should assume that signed messages will be quite commonplace. Inquisitive recipients are likely to click on the highlighted "Signed" element, showing the attributes of the key.
In this dialog, shameless yet irresistible plugs for Keybase should be obvious for users to click and sign up.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the signed-message certificate attributes dialog described in the issue and the existing Keybase installer flow. The work is done when that dialog presents clear, clickable Keybase installer URLs for recipients who inspect a signed message.
