Consider tracking puts random people

I've added multiple accounts (all account types that are possible to be added). Is it possible that on the "consider tracking" line there is no one I know?

Please, use the account that have very public information (ie: twitter) to see how I'm following on it and prioritize that approach over the "track the people that are tracked by people you are tracking", that I think you are using at the moment

Start by locating the “consider tracking” line and the logic that chooses suggested accounts. Compare the current “people tracked by people you are tracking” approach with the issue’s preference for publicly informative accounts such as Twitter. Done means the suggestions no longer primarily surface unfamiliar random accounts and instead prioritize the requested public-account signal.
