Unable to re-register/reactivate a deleted email address.

Hi,

I signed up as cybershambles on cybershambes@protonmail.ch - but deleted the account.
after feeling like I'd made a mistake, I tried to re-register and it's given me an error.

1) I've noticed I never received an email to confirm the account deletion.
2) I've tried to get another invite sent to my email -

you already have an account on that address

It's in Limbo - Please work on the account deletion flow.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing registration after deleting an account and inspect the account deletion and re-registration flows. Done means a deleted email address can be re-registered, and the deletion confirmation email behavior is resolved.
