Verification of website

I posted the verify txt in both locations when I couldn't get this to work, but it still doesn't verify. If I go to the link directly, it works fine: http://hephaestustech.com/keybase.txt
Would it have to do with the fact the I'm using domain masking to my web host?
I verified fine through DNS, so it's not a major issue, but still wondering.
