Description

Current state:

-----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-----
Version: GnuPG/MacGPG2 v2.0.22 (Darwin)
Comment: GPGTools - https://gpgtools.org

~whatever~

-----END PGP MESSAGE-----

Idea:

It would be cool if the comment field, above, was a link to https://keybase.io/decrypt?=~whatever~, with the message pre-populated (perhaps through a link shortener) such that I'd just have to enter my phrase to read it. Probably unfeasibly messy, but certainly would cut down on copy/paste in environments like, eg, Slack/Github, which HTMLify pasted links.

Research direction

Start with the proposed PGP Comment field and the keybase.io/decrypt URL described in the issue. Determine whether a message can be safely pre-populated for decryption and define what a completed user flow would look like, including entering the passphrase without relying on copy/paste.
