Description
Uppon installing Keybase on Windows 8.1, it asks the user to add the app path to the PATH environment variable:
Welcome to keybase.io!
You have successfully installed the command-line client to
====> C:\Users\root\AppData\Roaming\npm\bin\keybase <=======
Please make sure C:\Users\root\AppData\Roaming\npm\bin is in your PATH.
When in reallity, the /bin directory doesn't exist:
