Description

When one runs keybase update the clients updates even when it's already the latest version. This is very minor, but I hope a version check would not be too hard as well.

Research direction

Start by locating the implementation of the keybase update command and checking how it determines the installed and available versions. Confirm the current behavior when the client is already current, then run the relevant update tests or command checks to verify that no update is performed in that case.
