Description
After uploading the public key, you're asked to sign it. If you want to do it with keybase, you're told to do
keybase push
but this will fail with
error: You already have a key registered; either revoke or run keybase push --update
I assume that you should change the online instructions to change keybase push with keybase push --update

Research direction
Locate the online public-key upload instructions containing keybase push and confirm the reported error when a key is already registered. Done means the instructions use the update form of the command and no longer direct users toward the failing command.
