Description

On the Command Line Install Prerequisites page it might be best to suggest Chocolatey and provide Chocolatey commands. (Chocolatey has become the de facto Windows package manager at this point.)

Essentially:

choco install gpg4win
choco install nodejs.install

Just adding that to your documentation could be a great help to Windows users. (Next step would be to build your own Chocolatey package, which would be easy to do.)
