OSX: Files Encrypted via Command Line Are Bigger Than Doing It In Finder

Hey everyone,

I noticed today that when playing with Keybase CLI, I saw that it added about 100 MB to the file I was playing with. When I encrypted the same file via Finder>Services it added about 1 MB...I suspect there is a good reason for this :)
