Form input does not accept [Return] to send

I know you'll hate me for the vague description, but I don't remember exactly at which point it was...

During setting up the account, at one point when I entered my passkey, hitting return did not work and I had to pick up the mouse to click send

I think to remember it was a small form with the text input only, but no more details.
