Twitter web verification never completes; command line then blocked

Using the popup window I successfully posted a tweet to my twitter account. But the keybase web interface claims I failed to verify.

Trying the command line verification then says my twitter account has already been verified.

Start by reproducing the Twitter verification through the web popup, then try the command-line verification path described in the report. Done means the web interface recognizes the successful verification and the command line no longer reports that the account was already verified.
