Description
Keybase filesystem does not survive a Windows 10 sleep-wake up cycle. Tested on
Surface Pro 4, Windows version 10.0.16299 Build 16299 / Windows 10 Pro.
my log id: c6b5657f5e20e8db21daf01c
After trying to access kbfs via file explorer, I get a pop-error
I can only recover from this via rebooting the OS.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the sleep-wake cycle on the reported Surface Pro 4 running Windows 10. Review the KBFS failure shown in File Explorer and use log id c6b5657f5e20e8db21daf01c to investigate the failure. Done means KBFS remains accessible after waking without rebooting the OS.
