Description

apt-get upgrade says:

http://prerelease.keybase.io/deb/pool/main/k/keybase/keybase_1.0.34-20171023181047.b7ef5cc9b_amd64.deb 403 Forbidden [IP: 52.84.96.80 80]

Also, where's the IPv6 address for it?

Research direction

Start by reproducing the reported apt-get upgrade request against prerelease.keybase.io and checking the endpoint's IPv4 and IPv6 behavior. Determine whether the release package endpoint is still intended to serve this traffic; done means the reported 403 and IPv6 question have a documented resolution.
