Description
Upon startup, I receive an error indicating that keybase could not load up the KBFS (Fuse kext) and to send my logs. I am able to reproduce the issue just by shutting down my mid-2009 Macbook Pro and restarting it.
However it does appear that I am able to access my files in /keybase/private//

Research direction
Reproduce the startup failure on OS X 10.11.6 using the reported shutdown-and-restart steps, then begin with the logs identified by 69a5b74715c1acb10b8c5b1c. Compare the startup error with the fact that /keybase/private// remains accessible; done means KBFS loads without the startup error while file access continues to work.
