Description

Pardon me for placing this here, but it is an important feature.

It would be nice to know if a message sent to someone was received right then or not. In other words, was their Keybase software running at the time the message was sent. I am running a Windows implementation.

Currently there is no way to know if your message was being ignored, or if simply the device you sent the message to was not running.

Another good feature would be to have an "x" box next to the chat for each person in the chat list. That way, you could remove those entries from the list. Currently there is no way to remove stale conversations from this list.

Otherwise, looks good, keep up the good work!

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the chat message delivery/status handling and the conversation-list UI, then confirm the intended scope with maintainers. Done means Windows users can tell whether a message was received and can remove stale conversations from the chat list.
