Description

It is shocking to see that I have found zero documentation on the web on how to backup and restore a Keybase device, taking into account the impact a user may have when losing this data. This really needs to be added to documentation.

I've made a start for Windows 10 devices, please feel free to comment and use at free will.

Research direction

Start with the linked “Backing up and restoring a Windows Keybase device” guide and review how it could inform documentation in the Keybase client repository. Done means users can find guidance for backing up and restoring a device, including the consequences of losing this data; the issue does not identify a repository file or documentation entry point.
