Description
Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.33-20171003193446+d9ceb86ac
I have removed keybase from the login items in preferences and keybase does not honour the setting change. Now keybase is bugging me to update whenever my computer boots.
It would be less egregious if keybase didn't use 200mb of ram, 5 processes and 88 threads to merely have a visible menu icon

Start by reproducing the macOS boot behavior described in the report and inspect how Keybase GUI startup is configured. Confirm that removing Keybase from Login Items prevents startup and that the update prompt no longer appears after reboot.
