Description
Make the client work as a bridge to IRC for local connections only. This to ensure good security and also make users use their favourite IRC client. This makes it easier for developers to work in Keybase Teams without another chat client to care about.
Take inspiration form Protonmail Bridge which make old school clients able to send mail through secure service.
