Description
I encountered a problem when using the Keybase chat on Windows. Some time ago, the application installed correctly and worked and now it's not running any more. The Shell is working, but not the Application Chat. It does appear in the Icon Menu, and when I click on it, it seems to appear in the taskbar, but when I click on that taskbar icon, nothing happens. I don't know if this is due to Windows, I've done some updates lately and I also had some Windows errors.
