Description
Keybase folders appear in main disk root. It would be nice if the folders were stored in $(USER) path, possibly under documents or if there was option to even select path.
I believe storing private/public in main root brings some dangers of granting access to other users with root privileges.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the code that chooses the Keybase folders' mount or storage path, then determine how user-directory placement or path selection should work; done means folders are not created in the main disk root and the requested path behavior is covered.
