Description
Hello there 👋
I use Keybase to chat with my wife - she doesn't use Twitter or GitHub, so she really can't get an avatar without setting up that account. In theory allowing Facebook as an image source, would also work too. For her though her "main digital identity" is tied to instagram.
Scraping the instagram account for the verification text should be fine via their website: https://www.instagram.com/orta/
Not a blocker for us, I'll set her GitHub account properly maybe

Research direction
Start with the requested Instagram profile at https://www.instagram.com/orta/ and review how Keybase currently verifies identity and sources avatars. No files or tests are named, so first locate those entry points and define the verification and avatar behavior. Done means Instagram can serve as a supported proof of identity without relying on Twitter or GitHub.
