Description

Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.33-20171003151350+ea019b3

I posted a very long chat message.
There was warning in red.
I tried to shorten the message, but it did not work.
I logged off to restart Keybase.
Now I can't log in again.

I rebooted my Windows 10.
Same result. Can't log in.

Research direction

No source file, test, or specific entry point is identified. Start by reproducing the failure in the Keybase GUI on Windows 10 after sending a very long chat message; done means the user can log in again after restarting.
