Description
I was already hosting some git repositories in kbfs and with the new git implementation I've been converting these over, however for a couple of my repositories I have some post-receive hooks. There doesn't seem to be a way to add hook scripts to the repositories.
Can a way be added to configure repository hook scripts?

Research direction
Start by reading the hosted git and KBFS implementation described in the issue, then trace how repository configuration is represented. Determine where post-receive hook scripts would be configured and how they could be exercised for a hosted repository. Done means repository owners have a documented way to configure and use these hooks.
