Description
Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.33-20171003151350+ea019b3
If I choose "Quit" Keybase is removed from the Taskbar, but it reappears when I restart my computer. I would expect from an unobtrusive application that it removes itself from the outrun applications in such a case.
Besides, I found that I have two entries of the "Keybase quite start utility" when I open up the Task-Manager.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Keybase GUI behavior through Quit, a computer restart, and the Task-Manager, checking both the taskbar entry and duplicate "Keybase quite start utility" entries. Trace the GUI's startup and quit entry points; done means quitting prevents the taskbar item from returning after restart and does not leave duplicate startup utilities.
