Steps to reproduce
- Open the Windows setting "Select which icons appear on the taskbar"
- Make sure Keybase is set to off and "Always show all icons in the notification area" is not selected.
- Launch Keybase.io
- Click on the Windows tray, then click the Keybase icon
- Note that the pop-up to interact with Keybase is behind the System Tray window.
Compare this to Microsoft OneDrive which opens a dialog above the Systems Tray area.
