Description
I created a new keybase account an hour ago, verified some social network accounts, and have my github photo shows on the keybase website now as my avatar.
However, the avatar does not appear in either the mobile app (Android) nor in the desktop client (Mac OS X).

Start by reproducing the avatar mismatch between the Keybase website, Android mobile app, and Mac OS X desktop client described in the issue. Trace how the GitHub photo is propagated to the clients; done means the verified GitHub avatar appears in both the mobile and desktop clients.
