Description
The Tray Icon to Keybase has no right-click or left-click menu. If you click it a program appears in the Task Bar but if you click the program it just goes away again.
The main program works ok through the Start \ Programs menu.
This is on both Windows 7 32 and 64 bit versions.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the tray-icon behavior on Windows 7 in both 32-bit and 64-bit environments, checking left-click, right-click, and the taskbar window. The issue is done when the tray icon opens its menu and the program remains usable after the taskbar interaction.
