Description

If a resource verified IE: DNS or HTTPS then allow for the browser extension to inject the chat client button. If a DOM holder doesn't exist then an overlay button should show up in a designated corner. If a DOM holder exists IE: class="keybase-chat-open"

Research direction

Start by tracing the browser-extension path that injects the chat client button and the existing handling for a DOM holder with class="keybase-chat-open". Verify how a resource is marked as verified through DNS or HTTPS, then check the extension behavior when no DOM holder exists. Done means verified resources can show the button either in the holder or in a designated-corner overlay.
