Description
Yesterday a dialog box popped up asking me to update and I clicked snooze. Now, I can't figure out how to get my app to update. I tried running the command upd.exe check from the keybase shell, but it says no update is needed. I did confirm that my computer is still running the old version of keybase, but I can't figure out how to trigger the update now. I also tried quitting and restarting the Keybase client, as well as restarting my computer, but it still didn't update the Keybase client. Is there some way to trigger the update after previously clicking "snooze" in the update dialog box?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the update flow on Windows 10, including the upd.exe check command, after selecting snooze in the update dialog. Trace why the old client reports that no update is needed; done means a snoozed client can be prompted to update or otherwise reach the current version.
