Description
it's possible to set a avatar by putting it in /keybase/public//me/avatar.[png/jpg], but the deskop client does not mention this
it would also be gread if keybase could also use avatars from pgp key.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by locating the desktop client's avatar display path and how it handles avatars at /keybase/public//me/avatar.[png/jpg], then inspect how PGP key avatar data could be exposed. Done means the requested avatar sources are addressed and covered by appropriate tests.
